Located in the idyllic grounds of the 17th century Kenegie Manor, Tregenza is a charming two-bedroomed bungalow perfectly positioned for exploring South West Cornwall. Our cosy, well-equipped accommodation offers a comfortable home away from home with the added benefit of the Manor’s excellent facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and tennis courts.

The heart of Tregenza is its bright, practical kitchen, fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Prepare delicious meals with the electric cooker, microwave and toaster, whilst enjoying unlimited hot water for washing up. We’ve thoughtfully stocked all essential tableware and utensils so you can focus on enjoying your holiday rather than worrying about what’s missing.

Step from the kitchen into our inviting lounge/dining area, where comfort is paramount. Sink into our cosy furniture after a day of exploring Cornwall’s treasures, and enjoy entertainment on the colour television and DVD player. The dining space comfortably seats four, perfect for family meals or planning the next day’s adventure. Electric heaters ensure a warm welcome whatever the season, with all electricity included in your stay.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

Retire to one of our restful bedrooms for a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with ample storage space in the double wardrobes. Our second bedroom offers twin beds in a spacious setting, also with a double wardrobe to store all your holiday essentials.
The modern bathroom includes an invigorating electric shower with unlimited hot water, WC, and basin. Practical touches include a heated towel rail, mirror and convenient shaving point, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

As our guest, you’ll have complimentary access to excellent on-site facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and tennis courts. With free parking for one vehicle (additional cars at £3.00 per week), we’ve made every effort to ensure your stay at Tregenza is hassle-free. Our Saturday-to-Saturday booking pattern allows you to make the most of your week in this stunning corner of Cornwall, with arrivals from 4pm and departures by 10am to ensure every guest receives the same high-quality experience.
