This was a well equipped bungalow, a good size for a family of 4. It’s on a lovely site just outside of Penzance, and well positioned to explore the area. We enjoyed trips to Geevor tin mine, Lands End and St Michael’s mount, to name just a few. There’s a footpath opposite the site entrance which goes across the fields, it is even possible to walk to the Newlyn Meadery (and back), which meant we got to enjoy a jug of mead and a good meal there without worrying about who has to drive. The site cats are sooo cute, and the swimming pool is excellent, my youngest was swimming confidently in the deep end by the time we left, which he wouldn’t do at the start of our break. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Cornwall, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
